Belle Tire Distributors Inc. has unveiled a newly remodeled and equipped classroom at the Indianapolis, Ind., campus of automotive trade school Lincoln Tech.
Belle Tire also presented three $1,000 scholarships to Lincoln Tech students.
Don Barnes III, the dealership's president, says that Belle Tire is continuously looking for skilled auto technicians. (Belle Tire - which is based in Allen Park, Mich. - has opened nearly 30 stores throughout central and northern Indiana over the past four years.)
"We turn to excellent training institutions like Lincoln Tech to provide candidates with the hands-on skills these careers require," he notes.
Brent Jenkins, president of Lincoln Tech's Indianapolis campus, says Belle Tire has been "an amazing partner."
