Trelleborg Wheel Systems' new B2B online portal, My TWS Hub, will help tire dealers who carry Trelleborg products manage their inventories more effectively.
The portal, which launched on March 13, lets dealers see stock availability and delivery times and allows them to monitor deliveries through a new order tracking feature.
"In addition, customers worldwide can access additional features from e-learning and online technical support in 13 different languages," say Trelleborg officials.
"Dealers will benefit from having a direct communication channel with local customer service representatives anytime, anywhere in the world, with the portal expanded globally throughout the year."
