Shrader Tire and Oil Co. has appointed Bob Feldbauer as its new chief operating officer, effective Jan. 1.
Feldbauer steps into this role after serving as CEO and president of Logan, Utah-based Jack’s Tire & Oil Management Co.
“We are excited to announce this new position at Shrader Tire and Oil,” says Joe Shrader, president and chief executive officer of the Toledo, Ohio-based dealership.
“Bob brings a wealth of knowledge from both the manufacturing and dealer perspectives. I am confident he will help us accelerate our growth plans.”
Feldbauer oversaw 250% revenue growth at his former position at Jack’s Tire & Oil Management and expanded the company's footprint to 11 states.
Prior to his tenure at Jack’s Tire & Oil Management, Feldbauer spent 14 years at Michelin North America Inc. and ended his time there as the director of commercial business for the tiremaker's Central Zone.

In August of this year, Purcell Tire & Rubber Co., acquired Jack's Tire and Oil Management Co. Inc.
Jack’s Tire & Oil Mangement appeared on MTD’s 2024 Top 50 Retreaders List at No. 24, with Shrader Tire & Oil appearing at No. 46 on the same list.
