Ralson Adds Two New Warehouses

Jan. 6, 2025

Ralson Tire North America Inc. has added two new warehouses located adjacent to major shipping ports in Newark, N.J. and Savanna, Ga.

The two new warehouses are operated by Harbor Freight Transportation Co.

Ralson will have a dedicated space for its lineup of Ralson and Accelus brand of TBR tires in the 175,00-square-foot Port of the New Jersey/New York warehouse and the 240,000-square- foot facility in Savannah.

Ralson officials say the company expects to establish several more distribution warehouses across the United States in the coming years.

“This strategic investment will significantly improve our supply chain efficiency, reduce inventory costs for our customers and provide more timely deliveries to our distribution partners,” says Brian Sheehey, senior vice president of Ralson Tire North America.

Sheehey said Harbor Freight Transportation Co. is an ideal logistics partner for Ralson with the two warehouses located near Ralson distributors, as well as its full, turn-key services, including handling inbound and outbound freight.

Founded in 1947, Harbor Freight Transport Corp. is run by Steve Liberti, president and CEO, and his son, Stephen Liberti Jr.

“As a fourth-generation family-owned business, we’re thrilled to be partnering with Ralson, also a fourth-generation family business,” says Liberti Jr.

“Ralson has a strong commitment to the U.S. market, and we look forward to helping them achieve their business goals here.”
