AME International has introduced two products designed to enhance safety and efficiency for Off-the-Road technicians – the Gator Bite Wedges and the 3-Step.
Both products will be unveiled at the 2025 Off-the-Road Tire Industry Association conference in San Juan, Puerto Rice from Feb. 19-22.
The Gator Wedge Bites are designed for precision and strength and offer a compact yet effective way to create secure separation between tire components during service.
The new Gator Wedge Bites feature a specialized anti-slip surface with rugged and lightweight wedges providing grip, reducing movement and enhancing technician safety.
The wedges come in two size combinations offered to fit the technicians' preferences: 1 centimeter by 4 centimeters on product No. 11510 and 3 centimeters by 4 centimeters on product No. 11515.
Also joining AME’s product lineup is the bead seat band spacer, newly named the 3-Step – product No. 11500.
This spacer is designed to keep the technician’s fingers safe when working on large OTR tires. The 3-Step design allows one-inch, two-inch and three-inch stages to enhance safety and efficiency.
