Following major flood warnings in its hometown of Fargo, N.D., business is pretty much back to normal for Branick Industries Inc.
The company reports it was closed for a couple of days to allow its employees to sandbag their homes against the rising Red River.
Deliveries were briefly backed up for the company's line of nitrogen inflation equipment, automotive service equipment and other products.
"We will be working extra shifts this week in an effort to ship products," Brian Brasch, president, wrote to customers. "We appreciate your understanding and wish to thank all those who have reached out to offer their support and well wishes during this trying time."
Flood alerts were issued about the third week of March, company officials note. A snow storm slowed the rise of the river water and gave the city time to take protective measures.
