T&W Tire Inc. is all in with Michelin Americas Truck Tires (MATT). T&W, which has 14 locations in Oklahoma and Texas, has become a "strategic dealer" of Michelin and BFGoodrich tires.
In addition, the Oklahoma City-based dealership has joined the Michelin Commercial Service Network (MCSN) and is a Michelin Retread Technologies (MRT) franchisee.
“The addition of 14 T & W Tire locations in Oklahoma and Texas will significantly improve our overall service coverage and capability that will result in reduced costs and improved uptime for our fleet customers,” says Vic Koelsch, chief operating officer for MATT.
“We are excited about this new direction for T & W,” says Steve Theissen, one of the managing partners of T & W Tire. “We have an excellent relationship with Michelin, and this opportunity strengthens our ability to deliver improved service and uptimes for customers.” That also includes offering earthmover, industrial and Uniroyal and Riken brand consumer tires.
As part of the Michelin Commercial Service Network, T&W will offer Michelin ONCall 24/7/365 emergency road service. Close to 550 locations are part of the network.
