Yokohama Tire Corp. has added two new sizes for its RT41 OTR tire and two new sizes for its RB31 OTR tire. New sizes for the RT41 include 29.5R25 and 23.5R25; new sizes for the RB31 include 26.5R25 and 29.5R25.
The RT41 is designed for deep tread applications, including articulated dump trucks, says Gary Nash, director of OTR sales for Yokohama. The RB31, in the regular tread depth category, fits articulated trucks and also scrapers.
Both tires contain high turn-up carcass construction, buttress side protection, a unique nylon cord for inner liner protection and other features, says Nash.
