More than 60 tire dealers attended Community Wholesale Tire's recent ITD University session in Kansas City, Mo. The event covered phone skills, point-of-sale computer systems and other topics.
Upcoming ITD University courses will cover tire tire repair/adjustments (Sept. 28), ultra-high performance tires (Oct. 26) and marketing (Nov. 30). In addition, a class entitled "Wheels of Success" will be held on Aug. 31.
"We have a great line-up of presenters in place to impart their knowledge to you," say Community Wholesale Tire officials. All dealers are welcome to enroll, but registration is limited to four representatives per dealership.
