Sullivan Tire Co. Inc. has opened a new, 40,000-square-foot distribution center in Hampden, Maine.
The facility, which employs 20 people, enables the Norwell, Mass.-based dealership to serve customers in central and northern Maine.
“We are thrilled to announce this new facility as we continue to strategically grow our retail, commercial and wholesale footprint throughout New England," says Paul Sullivan, the company's vice president of marketing.
Sullivan Tire has 77 retail stores, 15 commercial tire locations and 15 distribution centers, making it the 13th largest independent tire dealership in the U.S., according to the 2023 MTD 100.
