Distribution Stox plans to acquire the passenger and light truck distribution division of Techno Pneu Inc. The transaction is expected to close on June 14, 2024.
Jean Novak, president and CEO of Distribution Stox, said, “This acquisition is part of our growth strategy which will enable Distribution Stox to solidify its presence in these eastern Québec regions in terms of passenger and light truck tire distribution.

great care of customers who are supporting our growth."
Activities of the six Centre de Services Techno Inc. locations in Chandler, Amqui, Rimouski
and Rivière-du-Loup will continue under the Point S banner and will remain the property of the
Marquis family.
