Garage Equipment Supply, a distributor of automotive tools, has rebranded as Wrenchers. The company has also moved from California to Alabama and says it delivers to 98% of the U.S. with free shipping.
Wrenchers offers more than 12,000 items from leading tool and equipment brands, plus access to more than 50,000 specialty items online, as well as via phone and through its master product catalog.
The expanded lineup includes lifting systems, specialty tools, and equipment solutions from service lifts and parking systems to hand and power tools and shop essentials.
The company's new headquarters is in Theodore, Ala.
“Not long after we launched in 1996, customers started asking us to offer even more equipment,” says Marco Ortiz, director of factory sales. “We quickly expanded to include tire changers, wheel balancers, alignment and front-end tools, among others. More than 25 years later, we now serve every facet of the vehicle-maintenance marketplace. With our new website, distribution center and other enhancements, we can offer our more than 350,000 customers more choices, faster delivery, and even better service.”
Wrenchers markets its products through multiple distribution sales channels, including retail, e-commerce, and independent specialty tool dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The company also offers financing options and field service through a team of Wrenchers TechMate reps.
