Pirelli P Zero Trofeo RS Is Made for OE

July 6, 2023

Pirelli Tire North America Inc. has updated the P Zero Trofeo RS, a semi-slick tire for original equipment manufacturers and their sport models. Pagani Automobil has requested a version of the new tire for the Utopia.

Pirelli says in the future the P Zero Trofeo RS will be available to the aftermarket. But the P Zero Trofeo R remains available for aftermarket customers. It's designed to improve on-track performance.

The P Zero Trofeo RS provides consistent performance in dry conditions, and the tire is designed to provide that performance over several track sessions, while also being adaptable for on-road use.

The tire features a multi-compound tread, and on the Pagani Utopia, the compounds selected focused on performance for the rear tires in particular, offering speed and safety on the track as well as predictability on the road.
