Pirelli Named OE for Porsche Cayenne

Jan. 8, 2024

Pirelli & Cie SpA announced it is the original equipment manufacturer for the new Porsche Cayenne with the P Zero, P Zero Corsa and Scorpion Winter 2 tires.

These tires have been approved by Porsche for low-temperature driving and have been developed for the latest Cayenne, according to Pirelli officials. These options cover wheel sizes from 20- to 22-inches.

The Pirelli P Zero meets the demands for drivability, steering precision, stability and safety and was designed to support high torque and loads.

The Pirelli P Zero Casa has been chosen for sports and track driving. The tire is made with tread compounds derived from motorsport.

According to Pirelli officials, the latest version of the Porsche Cayenne is one of the first vehicles to receive a specific Pirelli Scorpion Winter 2 tire approved for the winter season. Pirelli’s R&D department created a dedicated winter compound, capable of providing driving comfort and grip.
