Maxam Tire North America Inc. has promoted two employees to sales directors.
Lester Crook has been promoted to zone sales director in the north and Brian Dowling has been promoted to zone sales director in the south.
Crook has been in the tire industry since 1997 and joined Maxam Tire in 2020 as regional sales manager.
Dowling has been with Maxam since 2016 and initially served as regional sales manager for the southeast before being promoted to national account sales manager in 2018. In 2020 he was promoted again to national accounts sale director.
Prior to coming to Maxam, Dowling worked at Trelleborg Wheel Systems and Maine Industrial Tire.
