GB Auto Service Inc. has followed its recent purchase of Tate Boys Tire & Service with the acquisition of Reliable Automotive, which is based in Hays County, Texas.
Founded in 2012, Reliable Automotive operates stores in San Marcos, Buda and Kyle, Texas.
“Teammates from the Reliable stores will join the GB Auto family, which already serves the Austin market through 26 other locations,” say GB Auto Service officials.
“Reliable Automotive has established an outstanding reputation for exceptional vehicle servicing, coupled with an uncompromised customer experience,” notes GB Auto Service CEO Frank Kneller. “This brand is an ideal strategic fit for us and helps extend our presence in the broader Austin area.”
