TireHub LLC has opened a new distribution center in West Palm Beach, Fla. It's a new market for the wholesaler, which previously served the region from its Fort Lauderdale and Miami locations.
Sylvia Wilks, vice president of operations, says, "Opening this location in West Palm Beach allows us to live up to our commitment of meeting the needs of local customers. Our 40,000 square-foot facility located on North Haverhill Road positions us to meet customer needs with more frequent deliveries and by having the right tire at the right time.”
Ted Becker, vice president of sales, says, “We put our customers at the center of everything we do, and the sales team looks forward to strengthening local relationships and serving both existing and new customers with personalized service and a say yes attitude.”
TireHub, which launched in July 2018 as a joint operation by Bridgestone Americas Inc. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., operates 70 locations, which it calls TireHub Logistic Centers, or TLCs, around the country. In 2020 the company relocated three of its TLCs within the established markets of Arlington, Houston and Sacramento "to support TireHub’s continued growth and to better meet and exceed the needs of customers."
