    Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. recorded net sales of $18.8 billion in 2024, a 5.9% drop from the previous year. The tiremaker sold 3.9% fewer tires than it did in 2023.

    Goodyear says moving TBR tire production from its Danville, Va. plant will cost up to $140 million, most of which will be spent on employee charges. The tiremaker says it will result in an annual improvement in its Americas segment operating income of $65 million beginning in 2026.
