Bridgestone Americas Inc. will raise consumer tire prices in the U.S and Canada on July 1.
The price hike — of up to 10% — will affect Bridgestone, Firestone and Fuzion passenger and light truck tires, as well as motorcycle tires.
Bridgestone attributes this latest increase to "current market dynamics," and says the price adjustments will be made at the pattern and article levels and may vary based on channel.
Members of the Bridgestone Consumer Tire sales teams are contacting customers directly to provide more detailed information about the changes.
