Tyres International - the manufacturer of Ascenso brand ag, OTR and industrial tires - has opened a 75,000-square-foot distribution center in Dublin, Ga., which is near the port of Savannah.
In addition to Ascenso products, the facility will stock and ship Westlake brand TBR and specialty tires, as well as Sunrise steel truck wheels.
The Dublin warehouse - the first of several new locations planned in the near future - is Tyres International's third distribution center in the United States. Others are located in Ohio and Nevada.
"We are excited at the continued expansion and growth of the Ascenso line," says Marty Bezbatchenko, Tyres International's president. "This new warehouse will help us support our growing dealer network in the Southeast."
Founded in 1970, Tyres International was acquired by Mahansaria Tyres Private Ltd. in 2021.
