Leeds West Groups (LWG) has purchased the real estate of two stores it has been managing — one in Iowa and the other in Oklahoma.
The transactions include a Midas store at 1690 NW 86th St. in Clive, Iowa. (It was purchased from SJM Realty Inc.) The other location is a Big O Tires store at 4212 W Owen K Garriott Rd. in Enid, Okla. The Big O Tires store was purchased from Ciampi O Tires LLC.
Leeds West Group has been managing the Clive store since 2017, and the Enid operation since 2021.
The company says this is the 45th investment it has made into the LWG Real Estate division in the last 24 months.
