Hunter Engineering Co. has updated its heavy-duty tire changer lineup with the TCX635HD. The model offers more speed and torque than its predecessor.
The company says the TCX635HD has 18% more speed and 30% more torque than its previous model; bringing faster and more powerful over-the-road tire changing on standard, wide base and super single assemblies.
It features a lower carriage which allows for more ergonomic rollup while adding even more safety to customer tire changing operations. The lower carriage also delivers an increase of 2 inches in overall tire diameter capability.
Hunter says the unit's new high-efficiency gearbox promises long trouble-free life, in addition to increased speed and power.
The company will demonstrate the new tire changer during the new Hunter Innovation Expo, its online event Nov. 3-5.
