Fort Wayne, Ind.-based McMahon's Best-One Tire has acquired three Best-One Tire locations in western Ohio.
The expanding dealership recently closed on the acquisition of two Best-One of Lima outlets and the Best-One of Bryan dealership.
Effective April 1, the stores now operate under the McMahon's Best-One Tire banner.
“Dave and Sheila Mitchell have created a successful business over the years,” says Kim McMahon, president of McMahon’s Best-One Tire.
“I'm confident that we will continue to serve the community and customers with the same high level of service and dedication. We look forward to welcoming our new employees to the Team McMahon culture."
According to McMahon's Best-One Tire officials, customers of Best-One of Lima and Best-One of Bryan "will continue to see the same familiar faces and receive the same great service that they’ve been accustomed to."
The acquisition gives McMahon’s Best-One Tire eight full-service tire and automotive facilities, five commercial locations and two retread plants in northeast Indiana and Ohio.
