The new Sailun S826 from Sailun Tire Americas has been developed for construction trucks, waste haul trucks, dump trucks and other commercial applications.
The severe-service tire features “an innovative, four-belt package that enhances its resistance to shocks, punctures and penetration, ensuring superior durability and long-lasting performance,” according to Sailun officials.
“Its aggressive tread design offers excellent traction in challenging conditions, while wide, circumferential grooves improve wet traction for safer handling on wet surfaces. Additionally, stone ejectors embedded in the tread grooves prevent stone drilling, further extending the casing.”
Other features include a specially formulated compound that extends tread life, interlocking lugs for optimal stability and even wear and more.
“The S826 represents the latest in tire technology, designed to handle the most demanding work environments while providing a durable and long-lasting solution for our customers,” says Alan Eagleson, segment manager, TBR, North America, Sailun.
“Our team has worked to ensure that this tire delivers exceptional stability and extended tread life, making it an ideal choice for fleets that operate in severe service conditions.”
