Andreoli & Associates Inc., which does business as Andreoli Software, has a new owner, David Andreoli, who has taken the helm of the point-of-sale software provider from its founder, Mike Andreoli.
The company will continue to operate as Andreoli & Associates.
“David has served in virtually every role of the business, including new user implementation, training, sales, marketing and product development," says Mike Andreoli.
"Most recently, he served as product manager for the company’s next-generation wholesale tire and wheel e- commerce platform, as well as a new dashboarding and analytics product.”
David, age 35, says that "despite current acquisition and merger activity, we believe strong demand and opportunity will continue to exist for forward-thinking, independently owned service centers. As a premier software solutions provider to this market, we are committed to innovative application development to support the current and future needs of the independent tire dealer.”
The company added a record number of new clients during 2021, "including a retailer with more than 50 locations," says Steve Brouillard, vice president of business development for Andreoli Software.
