Tony Vetter, longtime owner of Bismarck, N.D.-based Northwest Tire Inc., recently died at the age of 80.
Vetter founded Northwest Tire in 1977.
The dealership has 20 outlets throughout North Dakota and Minnesota, making it the 53rd largest independent tire dealership in the United States, according to the 2022 MTD 100.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Oct. 7 at 10:30 a.m. at Ascension Catholic Church; 1825 S.Third St.; Bismarck. Visitation will be held from on Oct. 6 - with a rosary/vigil service - at 7 p.m. that night at Parkway Funeral Service; 2330 Tyler Parkway; Bismarck.
