Trelleborg Wheel Systems has unveiled its new tire, the XP900, made for high-intensity material handling applications.

According to Trelleborg officials, the tire increases efficiency and performs well in cornering, cycle length, average speed and working time during high-intensity applications. The tire is designed to perform across a variety of conditions including warehouses, shop floors and other material-handling ground services. It features advanced material compounds for extended tire life and lower rolling resistance.

The XP900 block treads are designed with a large footprint for cornering and load positioning. The tire is available in two compounds -- multi-purpose or non-marking.
