Milestar Earns Wins at W.E. Rock Crawling Championship Series

March 13, 2025

The Milestar brand from Tireco Inc. clinched top honors in the Unlimited and ProMod classes at the Western Series Round 1 of the World Extreme Rock Crawling Championship Series in Arizona.

These results underscore the performance capabilities of the Patagonia M/T-02 in the most demanding environments.

The 2025 W.E. Rock Crawling Championship Series, known for its brutal rock courses, saw more than 50 teams battle it out in Bagdad, Ariz. Milestar Patagonia M/T-02 tires powered Dave Wong and Nate Reed to victory in the Unlimited class, and Braxton Cole and Bret Robinson to the top spot in ProMod.

The second generation of the Patagonia M/T-02 has been carefully refined through years of
input from both real-world enthusiasts and professional rock crawling competitions. Building upon the success of the original M/T design, the M/T-02 incorporates internal tire technologies with precise refinements. Engineered to deliver enhanced strength, durability and flexibility during intense rock-crawling challenges, the tire retains its smooth and quiet on-road performance.

“What a way to kick-off the new W.E. Rock season," stated Ricardo Curiel, events and activation manager. "Team Milestar battled hard to the top of the podium in the very competitive Unlimited and ProMod classes. Huge congratulations to Dave Wong and Braxton Coleman for their dominating class wins.”

“Our car came to rest upside down, on the roof, with four Milestar Patagonia’s up in the air," stated Dave Wong, Team Milestar and Unlimited Class Competitor. "Well, it’s not over until it’s over. We were able to overcome that setback and finish with the win! Thank you, Milestar, for all the support! We couldn’t do it without you!”

“The courses were tough this year," stated Braxton Cole, Team Milestar and ProMod Class
Competitor. "We ended up bending two wheels, but the tires were fine. The difference in size
from Patagonia M/T-02s from 40 inch to 42 inch was crazy and made all the difference!”
