ALLDATA signs agreement with Esurance

May 26, 2009

ALLDATA LLC has entered into a national account agreement with the automobile insurance company Esurance which allows Esurance estimators access to vehicle manufacturers' repair information in ALLDATA Collision.

Additionally, collision repair shops in the Esurance Direct Repair Program will receive special incentives to purchase an ALLDATA Collision subscription.

This is the first such arrangement between ALLDATA and an auto insurer, the company notes.

"ALLDATA Collision allows auto collision shops to repair vehicles to original equipment manufacturer standards," says Wayne Mitchell, ALLDATA director of national accounts. "The detailed procedures can help cut cycle times, reduce supplements and provide proper
documentation to consumers and insurers. ALLDATA Collision is designed to help a shop increase its overall profitability."

ALLDATA Collision "provides the information necessary to repair a customer's vehicle to manufacturer's standards, and that means everyone wins,"says Esurance Senior Material Damage Manager Don Finley.

ALLDATA Collision was developed at the request of the collision industry, reports ALLDATA. "It satisfies the industry's long-time need for accurate and affordable auto collision-specific repair information, just as ALLDATA Repair fulfills the requirements of mechanical repair shops."
