WECnology now offers appointment scheduling

WECnology LLC has added MyAutoServiceAppointments.com, a “cloud-based” appointment scheduler, to its list of WECnologists. WECnology matches tire and auto service dealers with technology providers.

MyAutoServiceAppointments.com provides an appointment scheduling package that allows dealers’ customers to schedule their own appointments over the Internet. The scheduling package can operate as a stand-alone product, or it can interface to the HITS+ Point-of-Sale system from Andreoli and Associates (www.aasys.com).

“The appointment scheduling product from MyAutoServiceAppointments.com is extremely easy to use for the dealer and the customer,” says Wayne Croswell, president and CEO of WECnology. “With a few clicks, a customer can set up an appointment based on their schedule and the shop’s availability, without having to place a phone call to the dealer."

In addition, dealers receive a confirmation via email or text message.  Reminders are automatically sent to the customer as well.  The product runs in the cloud, and setup and training are minimal, says Croswell.
