Ingersoll Rand unveils tool demo program

May 4, 2010

Ingersoll Rand has launched a demo kit program that will allow technicians to use tools for a period of time prior to purchasing them.

The program includes a demo version of the 2135QTiMAX 1/2-inch Impactool that can be bought at 50% off the standard cost with the purchase of two regularly priced 2135QTiMAX tools, say company officials. The demo tool also comes with a lifetime limited warranty.

"This demo program is a great sales strategy for jobbers, and allows technicians to experience firsthand the significant reduction in noise level over a sustained period of time," says Kevin Stamets, Ingersoll Rand's business manager for strategic channels. The 2135QTiMAX is known for its quiet operation.
