B&J Manufacturing Co. Inc. of Middlebury, Ind., has merged with B&J Rocket Sales AG, which is based in Switzerland. The two companies have formed a new entity called B&J Rocket America Inc.
B&J Rocket America Inc. will continue to serve North and South America, while B&J Rocket Sales AG will remain for the European, Asian and Pacific markets.
"The new, global B&J Rocket family now provides two strong sales and manufacturing facilities under one joint organization," says Andreas Muller, managing director of B&J Rocket Sales. "This represents a significant strategic advantage from which our customers can only benefit."
B&J Rocket America will be headed by Todd Hart, who will serve as its general manager. Hart, previously B&J Manufacturing's director of sales, will be supported by former managing director of B&J USA, Robert Burnetter, who will serve as a management consultant.
