Harvey Brodsky, managing director of the Retread Tire Association (RTA), will be a featured speaker at the Asian Tyre & Rubber Conference, Chennai, India, Dec. 2-3, 2011.
The title of Brodsky’s presentation will be, “How to ensure good quality retreads and why this is important for the growth of the retread industry in India.”
Brodsky will discuss the differences between bias and radial retreading and will also provide the latest updates on achieving low rolling resistance in retreads. He will also discuss tread rubber compound requirements between mold cure and pre cure retreading.
