Hamaton Inc. is displaying its new U-Pro Hybrid BLE (Bluetooth low energy) sensor - designed exclusively for Tesla vehicles - at the 2022 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show.
The sensor is pre-programmed for Tesla models 3, S, X and Y. The product is a direct replacement for the Sysgration BLE sensor, according to Hamaton officials.
“It makes it easier for technicians to move faster throughout their shop with the Bluetooth feature and the sensor comes pre-programmed, enabling technicians to skip the programming step,” says Ryan Dalton, marketing manager, Hamaton.
The clamp on the new sensor comes in two colors of black and graphite.
Hamaton also is displaying its U-Pro Hybrid NFC and the U-Pro Hybrid 2.0, which are programmed by the same app. Both are compatible with over 25 ATEQ-manufactured tire pressure monitoring system tools.
