The entire range of vehicles created by Horacio Pagani, including the Utopia, the newest hypercar, is riding on Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires.
Pirelli was charged with providing on-board comfort, while enhancing the car’s dynamics and the unique feeling enjoyed by the driver. The P Zero Corsa meet those demands thanks to the lessons learned in motorsports.
The technology within the compounds and tread pattern were designed to allow the tire to cope with extremely high power and torque outputs on every road surface. Using this tire as a base, Pirelli then evolved the P Zero Corsa’s versatility to ensure driver comfort. The vehicle is outfitted in staggered sizes: 265/35ZR21 at the front and 325/30ZR22 at the back. A tailor-made P Zero winter tire is also available.
Pirelli created the tire using virtual technology with a digital tire model that could be accurately calibrated and tested before a physical prototype was ever built. Pirelli says the process is faster, more sustainable, and more efficient than the traditional process.
The two companies have worked together for more than a decade.
