Eastern Tire & Auto Service Inc. has acquired Herricks Garage in Rockport, Maine, from Dave Herrick.
Herrick employees are immediately members of the Eastern Tire Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which you can find more information about here.
Alvin Chase, president of Eastern Tire & Auto, says he looks forward to serving even more residents in Knox County.
The addition of Herricks will double the current capacity at Eastern Tire, according to Eastern Tire officials.
