Scott’s U-Save Tires & Auto Repair has acquired Knight Automotive in Crown Point, Ind.
The southern Chicago-based dealership now has two locations in Indiana and brings the total auto repair store count to four stores.
“Scott’s U-Save has been serving Chicago’s Southland for over 40 years, and we’re committed to expanding our brand and customer focus to Indiana,” says Sheri Templin, president and CEO of Scott’s U-Save Tires.
“Many of our second and third-generation customers have moved out of Illinois and into Indiana. This acquisition allows us to continue serving them and bring Crown Point into the Scott’s U-Save Family.”
The new location has seven service lifts and five loaner vehicles. Scott’s U-Save Tires says it will invest in new tire equipment, update alignment equipment and add space for tire stocking. The company will also increase service offerings to include lift and level kits, performance wheels and vehicle accessories.

With the acquisition, Scott’s U-Save Tires & Auto Repair team is now over 50 team members and the organization has 35 total service bays.
