Discount Tire is bringing its mobile tire installation service to the country’s third largest city.
Starting next month, Discount Tire plans to roll out its mobile service in Chicago, Ill.
“Discount Tire currently offers mobile tire installation ... across 11 states,” says Tom Williams, the dealership’s chief experience officer.
He adds that Discount Tire’s mobile fleet van services are available “specifically to fleet operators in 14 states, at over 30 locations.
“Discount Tire is constantly looking for ways to expand the services we offer to more drivers, while maintaining a commitment to safety and excellent customer service,” says Williams.
“We anticipate expanding mobile tire installation in more cities and states.”
Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., Discount Tire is one of the three largest independent tire dealerships in the United States and has more than 1,200 locations, according to MTD research.
The company recently introduced its mobile service to the Minneapolis, Minn., and Midland, Texas, markets.
“Markets are selected based on a variety of factors, including customer demand and our store footprint. The number of mobile installation vans varies per market and is constantly evolving.”
