Horizon Tire Debuts Four New Tires

Horizon Tire Inc. has debuted four new tires available for dealers next year with three under its Supermax brand and one under its Crossmax brand.  

Horizon released its Crossmax EV-1 premium touring tire engineered specifically for electric vehicles. The all-season tire comes in five sizes and is designed with four circumferential grooves to enhance wet road stability and angled grooves for better footing in all seasons.  

The Crossmax EV-1 is mud and snow-certified and comes with a limited treadwear warranty of 45,000 miles.  

Under its Supermax brand, Horizon highlighted the Supermax RTX-1; Supermax TR-1; and the Supermax ATX-1.  

The Supermax RTX-1 is a rugged terrain, all-season tire with tread designed for optimal road noise deduction. It features a notched center rib for handling and steering response and is available in 10 sizes.  

The Supermax RTX-1 comes with a 40,000-mile limited treadwear warranty.  

The Supermax TR-1 is a touring, all-season tire with a center rib block to enhance stability, handling and a comfortable ride. The mud and snow-certified tire comes in 25 sizes with a 45,000-mile limited treadwear warranty.  

Finally, the Supermax ATX-1 all-terrain, all-season tire features an improved siping pattern and rigid tread blocks for enhanced braking and a tread design for minimal road noise. The tire comes in 15 sizes with a 45,000-mile limited treadwear warranty.  

The company highlighted these tires and more at the 2024 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas, Nev.
