Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers Inc. has acquired Complete Custom Automotive (CCA), which is based in Columbia, Mo.
CCA operates five Missouri retail locations - three in Columbia, one in Jefferson City and one in St. Louis.
“The acquisition of CCA seamlessly aligns with our business strategy of expanding in Missouri and other geographies through acquisitions and new retail-store openings,” says Dustin Dobbs, president of Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers.
“This transaction also strengthens our nearly 50-year commitment to providing greater accessibility and convenience to deliver a first-class customer experience that has distinguished the Dobbs name over that time.”
Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers tied for the No. 29 spot on the 2024 MTD 100.
The company also recently opened its 51st location, a store in Lake of the Ozarks, Mo.
