TireConnect, a platform owned by Bridgestone Americas Inc., has announced a new integration with AutoOps, an online scheduling tool for auto shops.
Customers shopping for tires or wheels through a website using TireConnect can now also book their installation appointment in real-time.
AutoOps, from Steer, has all the necessary details – like tire specifications and any additional requested services – added and the shop management system ensures that shops have accurate information for service planning.
