EAS Tire Acquires Two Locations in Denver

EAS Tire & Auto, which is a part of the Straightaway Tire & Auto network, has announced the completion of two acquisitions in the Denver, Colo., area. 

The recent deals include K-Motion Auto Service in Englewood and Antero Automotive & Truck Services in Greenwood Village and were finalized on Jan. 2 and Jan. 10, respectively.  

This brings EAS Tire & Auto’s footprint in the greater Denver area to 21 locations.  

Both companies will maintain their teams while gaining access to Straightaway Tire & Auto's support and resources.
