Transamerica Tire Co. Ltd. has announced the launch of its Predator New Mutant RT Trail tire and Predator New Mutant RT Trail EV tire.
The Predator New Mutant RT Trail is a hybrid off-road tire and, according to Transamerica Tire officials, bridges the gap between the Predator X-RT and Predator X-MT.
Features of the Predator New Mutant RT Trail include a balanced void ratio, deep siped tread blocks, aggressive shoulder blocks, an X tread pattern, a dual sidewall design and more.
The Predator New Mutant RT Trail EV is also a hybrid off-road tire but is specifically tailored for electric vehicles.
According to Transamerica Tire officials, the Predator New Mutant RT Trail EV combines the rugged-terrain performance of the X-RT and the mud-terrain performance of the X-MT.
The Predator New Mutant RT Trail EV is engineered to handle instant torque and regenerative braking and features an increased load capacity, noise reduction technology, an aggressive tread block and more.
The Predator New Mutant RT Trail and RT Trail EV are currently available in various sizes to fit light trucks, SUVs and electric vehicles, with more sizes planned for release. Current offerings include popular 33-, 35-, and 37-inch diameters, compatible with 17- to 24-inch wheels, and load ratings to meet diverse performance needs.
