Bodart is New President of Mickey Thompson

June 30, 2023

John Bodart is the new president of Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels. He replaces Dominick Montouri, who has left the company.

Bodart brings more than three decades of experience in the tire industry to the position.

He has held leadership positions in technical, quality, sales and manufacturing operations at Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., where he began his career.

Additionally, Bodart played a critical role in the integration of Cooper into Goodyear. (Cooper owned Mickey Thompson prior to Goodyear acquiring Cooper in June 2021.)

“Mickey Thompson’s commitment to designing and bringing innovative performance products to the marketplace has made it a leader in the performance aftermarket,” says Bodart.

“I look forward to working with the team to build upon the success of recent years and continue to elevate Mickey Thompson’s strength and performance as a business.”

Montouri was named Mickey Thompson's president in 2017.
