Sumitomo Rubber North America Inc. (SRNA) has announced a price increase in the United States and Canada on select Falken passenger, light truck and commercial truck products.
The price hike will take effect Jan. 1, 2025.
The increase comes in response to the “continued rise in operational costs,” according to SRNA officials. Other factors that influenced the increase are the increase in the cost of transportation, labor and raw materials.
According to SRNA officials, online adjustments will be implemented per size and Falken’s Minimum Advertised Pricing program will be updated to reflect changes.
