ISN Announces Merger With National Oak Distributors

Integrated Supply Network (ISN) has announced a definitive agreement to merge with National Oak Distributors (NOD). The merger is expected to close in three weeks.  

According to ISN officials, the ISN will “combine a leader in the automotive paint, body and equipment (PBE) segment, NOD, with a leader in the automotive tool and equipment segment, ISN. The combination will mark a significant step forward in a vision to expand our geographic reach, and deliver value-added services and solutions to both our suppliers and customers in everything that we do.” 

A few highlights from the merger include a broader range of resources, expertise, technologies and distribution capabilities and new growth opportunities for both companies.
