Bridgestone Americas Inc. has unveiled its V-Steel Container Lifter G-Smooth (VCLG) 18.00R25 port tire for industrial and port operations.
Features and benefits of the tire include a three-star rated casing structure to deliver more load capacity and durability; deeper tread depth to extend tire life and enhance productivity; and increased resistance to tire heat generation that's caused by heavy usage.
“Bridgestone is pleased to introduce the new and innovative VCLG port tire into the market,” says Rob Seibert, president of off-road for the United States and Canada for Bridgestone.
“Given the unique conditions of the port segment, the VCLG has been specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of reach stackers, keeping operations moving.”
The new tire is an addition to Bridgestone’s portfolio of Bridgestone and Firestone port products to meet the demands of the segment.
