Bradley Tire Ltd. has joined United Tire and Service LLC, an independent tire group in Pennsylvania’s Delaware Valley. The addition of Bradley Tire brings the number of retail stores in the United Tire and Service network to 22.
Bradley Tire is owned by Richard and Arlene Fidler. Nicole Pickard, their daughter, is operations manager. The Fidlers opened their Lower Pottsgrove Township store in 1979 with an inventory of 50 tires. For nearly four decades, Bradley Tire has been family owned and operated. Since its founding, Bradley Tire has grown its business and inventory to nearly 8,000 tires with 2,500 different SKUs.
“Bradley Tire has seen growth year after year and we’re excited to join United Tire to grow even more,” says Richard Fidler. The company will go to market as Bradley's United Tire and Service.
United Tire and Service was formed in April 2014 with the mission to offer competitive prices on all major brands while providing high-quality personalized service to new customers while retaining those that have been loyal to their independent locations for years.
“Our continued success in the tire industry will have to come through innovation, synergies realized in our growing business partnerships programs and exceptional service and value that today’s customers deserve and want. Bradley Tire is a great addition to our family of independent dealers,” says Greg Mynaugh, president of United Tire.
United Tire and Service is the second largest tire group in its market area, preceded only by Pep Boys-Manny, Moe and Jack. It is looking to add new locations across the Greater Philadelphia area. For more information on United Tire and Service’s brand, visit www.unitedtire.com.
