Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has reorganized its Cooper-Standard Automotive Group to combine the North American and international operations of its Global Fluid Systems and Global Sealing Systems Divisions under two executive vice presidents.
Cooper has promoted Jim Pifer to executive vice president of Cooper-Standard Global Fluid Systems Division and has appointed Paul Gilbert executive vice president of Cooper-Standard Global NVH Division.
Additional promotions include:
* Joe Emmi to vice president and managing director, Fluid Systems Europe;
* Greito Lukje to vice president and managing director, Sealing Systems Europe;
* Gary Phillips to vice president, Cooper-Standard Automotive.
