Bandag Inc.'s two new tread designs, BDM (Bandag Drive Mixed) and BRM (Bandag All-Position Mixed), were specifically engineered for the waste hauling and construction industries.
BDM targets severe mud and snow applications, according to Bob Otting, Bandag product manager, global tire products, while BRM "was developed for on/off-road and pick-up and delivery applications in milder climates."
Both contain Bandag's new Longeviti Series compounding and "fit most tire sizes used in the construction and waste industries, including 11R22.5, 1R24.5 and 315/80R22.5," says Otting.
